Required Elements for Nurse Life Care Planning Testimony

Dawn Cook’s article “Required Elements for Nurse Life Care Planning Testimony” was recently published by the American Association of Life Care Planners (AANLCP) in their peer-reviewed Journal of Nurse Life Care Planning Summer 2020 vol. XX, no.3 edition.

Dawn’s publication titled “Required Elements for Nurse Life Care Planning Testimony” available on pages 18 – 21 is a comprehensive analysis of the steps in nurse life care planning, definitions of a nurse life care planning expert witness, how to demonstrate the life care planners’ qualifications, and methodology. There is also some explanation of what may be expected during testimony.

The Journal of Nurse Life Care Planning has been providing peer-reviewed excellence in life care planning since 2006.
