Dawn Cook’s article “Required Elements for Nurse Life Care Planning Testimony” was recently published by the American Association of Life Care Planners (AANLCP) in their peer-reviewed Journal of Nurse Life Care Planning Summer 2020 vol. XX, no.3 edition.
Dawn’s publication titled “Required Elements for Nurse Life Care Planning Testimony” available on pages 18 – 21 is a comprehensive analysis of the steps in nurse life care planning, definitions of a nurse life care planning expert witness, how to demonstrate the life care planners’ qualifications, and methodology. There is also some explanation of what may be expected during testimony.
