PAINWeek in Las Vegas

The 12th Annual PAINWeek took place last week, September 5-9 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. PAINWeek is the nation’s largest pain conference for frontline clinicians with an interest in pain management.

Dawn Cook was in attendance for this event. She sat in on several educational sessions and learned the latest on various aspects of pain and pain management practices. A notable encounter Dawn had at the event was with attorney Jennifer Bolen,  who has a law practice specializing in pain called The Legal Side of Pain. Dawn also met many physicians, pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician’s assistants who all specialize in pain management.
