State Supreme Court decision adversely effects workers ability to sue their employers.
A potentially precedent-making decision was made by the Supreme Court of Texas when the Justices unanimously ruled against workers injured while working in hazardous conditions. However, they also ruled that workers should be able to recover damages if the employer failed to provide proper equipment and training that lead to the injury in a hazardous condition.
