Dawn Cook provides life care plans, life care plan rebuttals, past medical bill reviews, future medical cost projections for plaintiff and defense attorneys.
Dawn Cook is a licensed Registered Nurse who has worked with serious and catastrophic illness and injury with over 46 years of experience in clinical settings. Dawn has 13 years of experience as a Life Care Planner and Medical Bill Reviewer. Dawn is an experienced life care planner who holds the certified life care planner (CLCP) and certified nurse life care planner (CNLCP) designations.
Dawn has completed over 1000 life care reports and 600 past medical bill reports in 39 states and the District of Columbia. Dawn has testified as an expert witness at deposition or trial over 250 times since 2012 including 30 trials. Dawn has testified in Federal Court in Illinois, New Mexico and Oregon. Dawn has testified at State Court in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Iowa, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, and Tribal Court in California.

How to Retain Dawn Cook
Dawn will ask you for important information such as:
- Deadlines
- Trial dates and location
- Potential conflicts
- Potential physicians or experts to communicate with
- Records and bills
Our office will send you:
- A retainer agreement
- An invoice for a retainer via Harvest
- Directions on how to send medical records and bills. Our Hightail link is HIPAA compliant and encrypted; it is a simple “drag and drop” into the link, or you may use your electronic method.
Once our office has your signature on the retainer agreement and the retainer funds, Dawn will start working on your case.
